Our private, upscale dental practice is looking for a friendly, organized, experienced, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is essential to helping patients feel confident about their care by guiding them through treatment options, scheduling, and making financial arrangements in a clear and supportive way.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our clinical team and our patients, ensuring every patient understands their treatment plan and feels comfortable moving forward with the care they need. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and helping people take control of their health, this could be a great fit for you.

You’ll work closely with our doctors and team members to create a positive experience from consultation to completed treatment.

Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Hours:

Mon - Thu 9:00 - 5:00

Fri 9:00 - 3:00

Sat 8:00 - 2:00

40 hours per week; 1-2 Saturdays per month and when you work a Saturday you will have another day off during the week.

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a private practice.
  • Fluent in English required; conversational to fluent Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience explaining complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.
  • Experience presenting payment options to patients and arranging patient financing.
  • Experience with a dental EMR system.
  • Experience with insurance verification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
  • Team player with experience coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and front-desk staff.
