Location: Riverside, CA

Pay Rate: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM | Mon - Fri | Weekends as needed | Domestic + International Travel

We are seeking a mechanically inclined professional to perform on-site service, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide dependable support directly to customers in the field. This role requires a self‑motivated technician who can manage service calls, identify root causes, complete repairs, and document work performed while representing the company professionally. Take your technical skills beyond the shop and into action.

This is what it takes to work for us.

• High school diploma or GED and three (3) or more years of related experience working with automated and manual fluid systems and/or air separation technology.
• Three (3) or more years of experience working on/maintaining/troubleshooting air separation equipment, including pressure swing adsorption (PSA), vacuum/pressure swing adsorption (VPSA), membrane separation, and/or cryogenic distillation of air (PCI GAMMA). Support PCI's DOCS, SGNS, C and cryogenic product lines.
• Able and willing to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Must be readily available and willing to travel with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Obtain and retain a valid and current U.S. Passport along with any applicable visas.
• Travel domestically and internationally (including Canada) up to 50% of the time on a project‑basis required.
• Demonstrate good attendance and reliability.
• Willing to be cross‑trained in other areas of manufacturing and testing equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and building effective customer business relationships.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
