What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Riverside Service Center, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and systems that power our wash operations.

Responsibilities include:

* Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment

* Performing preventive maintenance and completing safety and reliability inspections

* Supporting building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general facility upkeep

* Working closely with the maintenance team to diagnose and address recurring equipment problems

* Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca's internal safety standards

* Demonstrating thorough understanding and consistent application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

What We Are Looking For :

We're seeking a technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience who excels in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)

* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

* Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures

* Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic

* Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls

* Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required

* Ability to work overtime as needed

Work Schedule

We hire Maintenance Technicians across all Riverside shifts:

* 1st

Shift: 4:00 AM-12:30 PM

* 2nd

Shift: 12:00 PM-8:30 PM

* 3rd

Shift: 7:00 PM-3:30 AM
