Pacific Capital Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a well‑maintained property with under 100 units. You will maintain the exterior and vacant interiors, manage supplies, and support vendor relations to preserve property value.
Primary responsibilities include responding to resident requests within 24 hours, being on-call for after‑hours and weekend emergencies, and performing repairs to lighting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
