Maintenance Manager

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead on-site maintenance operations in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will direct a team of technicians, own preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and drive equipment reliability for brewing, packaging, and utilities systems. Using CMMS and data-driven root cause analysis, you will reduce downtime, optimize spare parts, and support capital projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced brewery environment.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Own the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Use CMMS and data to track performance, analyze breakdowns, and drive root cause solutions.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and reliability teams on capital projects and line upgrades.
• Implement TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, work instructions, and training.
• Support 24/7 manufacturing operations with structured response plans and on-call coverage.
