Permanent Elementary Substitute Teacher (Temporary Position)
Riverside School District 96 is seeking a dedicated permanent substitute teacher for the school year. This is a temporary position designed to provide consistent instructional support across classrooms and programs.
Qualifications/
Skills:
- Professional Educator License (PEL) or Substitute License registered in Region 06
- West Cook Elementary K-9 Endorsement (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Proficiency with typical office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with student information systems preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks in a busy office
- Skilled at working in an environment with frequent interruptions
