As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Long Term Care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents in North Riverside, Illinois.

As a Registered Nurse at Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with medication management, administration, and documentation
• Conducting vital signs and monitoring resident health status
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in Long Term Care or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
