Assistant Store Manager
Zales is looking for dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team. The Assistant Store Manager will help maintain a daily focus on sales and profit projections, contribute to a culture of customer satisfaction, develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and assist in recruiting and selecting staff.
The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all company policies and procedures, and performing other operational and strategic duties. Job Requirements- At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Base pay, $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
