Location: North Riverside
JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident expert in Fine Jewelry within the store. You will educate customers on product attributes and help meet sales goals while driving customer loyalty.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, participating in inventory processes, and supporting iCAP processes and safety initiatives. Eligible associates receive a 1% commission on qualified merchandise and 10% on Service and Care plans.
