Make Ready Technician

NorthPoint Development LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments and common areas for new residents within our multifamily portfolio. In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, you will complete unit turns, including basic repairs, painting, cleaning, fixture replacement, and punch-list work to ensure units meet company quality standards and timelines. You will assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, coordinate with vendors, track materials, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
