Perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance on building and store equipment at assigned stores.;
Repair and maintain dumpster, carpentry, flooring, restrooms, signage, lighting, doors, locks, and related assets.;
Travel and stay overnight as needed to perform maintenance work.;
Maintain work schedule and complete special projects; participate in field visits and meetings; communicate with internal and external customers.;
Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned to support area success.
