The Properties at Wright Field in Dayton, OH is looking to hire full‑time Turnover Technicians to work at our residential community. This maintenance position earns a competitive wage starting at $20.00 per hour and offers benefits such as bonuses, a 401(k) with a company match, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Serving Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base since 2002, The Properties at Wright Field is currently home to over 2,100 active‑duties, non‑active‑duties residents, and their family members. Our modern floor plans include attached garages, privacy fencing, high‑speed internet, cable, and telephone access, along with recent renovations such as new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, roofs, doors, windows, and heating and cooling. We take pride in our beautiful grounds and personalized service, aiming to provide exceptional service to our residents.

You are responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community. You inspect vacated apartments and ensure they are move‑in ready, performing minor repairs of lights, windows, doors, faucets, and other items as needed. You take pride in performing and scheduling preventative maintenance and care about the integrity of all equipment. In this role, you have a meaningful impact on the quality of life for our residents and their families, and you provide excellent customer service as a friendly and courteous presence.

Mechanically inclined, with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Professional, friendly, courteous, and able to work well with other team members.

This full‑time position works Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm and requires rotating on‑call shifts.
