The Warehouse Service Department is looking for individuals to help work in our Warehouse. Bullfrog's service team is growing at a fast pace, and we are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and ready to learn a new trade. Experience with power, circuit boards, plumbing, and any other hot tub related skills is preferred.
Responsibilities- Operate a forklift
- Follow written instructions
- Operation of general hand tools
- Clean interior and exterior of spas and install aftermarket accessories
- Ensure all spas have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality
- Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell
- Pull and load show spas and POS material
- Assist service and delivery team when needed
- Assist sales team when needed
- Perform spa repair, both major and minor
- Rework spas, fixing issues such as changing parts, motors, heaters, lights, and leaks to meet current standards
- Maintain general housekeeping
- Perform data entry
- Work well with other team members
- Perform all other duties assigned
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common customer information
- Ability to read service manuals
- Effective communication of information to management and customers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to push or pull 50‑115 lbs without complications
- Pass a forklift operations program
- Experience in Pools and Spa repairs
- Experience in Electrical
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid driver with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in hot temperatures

Monday - Friday 8:00am
-5:00pm

This position reports to Retail Service and Delivery Manager
