What You’ll Do as a Lube Technician

This role is all about customer service first, with hands-on training to help you learn the technical side.

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Perform customer oil changes using the Take 5 process (training provided)
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Provide clear, helpful customer service on all offered services
• Perform coolant exchanges (training provided)
• Restock and maintain inventory
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe
• Handle customer payments for services performed

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
• Enjoys working with customers and being part of a team
• Willingness to learn — we will train you
• Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow maintenance pit
• Comfortable with standing, bending, stooping, twisting, grasping, and lifting throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
• Able to work in various weather conditions
• Commitment to safety in the workplace
• Must be able to be on site for assigned shifts

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
