Janitorial/Housekeeping:
Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of bathrooms, clubhouses, gyms, and office while following established cleaning protocols and checklists. Restock soap, toilet paper and other supplies as needed.
• Ensure that each clubhouse is staged to perfection, including arranging furniture, fluffing pillows and organizing decor items to create an inviting and welcoming environment for residents.
• Regularly inspect inventory levels of essential supplies and cleaning products and report list of needed items to General Manager for purchase.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed to Maintenance Supervisor for prompt resolution.
• Maintain open and clear communication with the management team regarding cleaning requirements, and any resident or guest feedback.
• Adhere to company and management standards and guidelines for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality service that exceeds expectations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping. Hospitality or Amenity experience preferred.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols and checklists.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple clubhouse locations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings based on need.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests.
