Part-Time Porter

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Up to 32 hours per week

We are a leading residential property owner focused on creating communities and delivering exceptional living experiences.

• Maintain efficient operation and upkeep/cleanliness of the property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Execute daily upkeep/cleanliness tasks including trash pickup and snow removal (if applicable)
• Serve as the eyes and ears of the community – report any unusual circumstances or issues regarding the property or residents
• Represent the Richman brand by maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Keep accurate logs and records as necessary
• Champion a safe work environment and report any safety concerns to supervisory personnel
• Treat all personal and company-owned tools with care and responsibility
• Go above and beyond to uphold exceptional customer service and prioritize resident satisfaction
• Operate within OSHA standards
• Embrace growth – adhere to company policies and actively seek opportunities for personal development
• Communicate maintenance supply needs to supervisory personnel
• Actively participate in the property preventative maintenance plan

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
• A self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision
• Valid Driver’s License required
