Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, part-time Porter with a can-do attitude to join our dynamic Maintenance team!

Porter (Part-Time)

Cristina Woods, Riverview, FL

Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, up to 29 hours per week. Schedule may vary based on position needs.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
