• Be the standard for cleanliness and curb appeal across grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings, including the pool deck, fitness center, business center, and playgrounds
• Serve as the community's first line of awareness, spotting and reporting concerns before they become problems

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a bonus
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your time and work independently

• Valid Driver's License required
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
