Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps and follow forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials properly; follow company steel standard guidelines; identify and report unsafe conditions to management;
Clean all facility areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as needed, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies; rotate and store chemicals properly and place orders to replenish stock;
