Maintain carpets, floors, restrooms, and common areas to club standards;
Perform or coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry);
Maintain a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance;
Communicate with supervisor to coordinate and complete work requests;
Attend daily briefings and assist with additional tasks as needed
