The Janitorial/Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of all common areas within the condominium property. This position ensures residents and visitors enjoy a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment.

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and recreational facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Restock restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or changing air filters, as assigned.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning community rooms for meetings or events.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from management.

Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Pay Rate:
Up to $23 DOE

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

Must have own transportation.

Must be a self-starter and able to accomplish duties without constant supervision. All candidates must undergo a drug screen and background check.
