First Service Residential - - Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, light bulb replacement, and window cleaning;
Inspect work and report maintenance discrepancies to Supervisor;
Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure OSHA-compliant handling of hazardous chemicals;
Assist in emergency cleaning and security procedures;
Finish and burnish floors and complete daily work orders
