Black Pearl is supporting a growing healthcare group in recruiting experienced Housekeeping Managers for its hospital operations in Saudi Arabia.

• Manage daily housekeeping operations across the hospital.
• Supervise, schedule and support a team of approximately 12 housekeeping staff.
• Ensure patient rooms, clinical areas, public spaces and offices meet required cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and address service or cleanliness issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with infection-control, health and safety, and hospital policies.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory.
• Train staff and monitor their attendance, productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with nursing, facilities and other hospital departments.

• Approximately 5–8 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is essential.
• Strong knowledge of hospital hygiene, infection-control and safety practices.
• Experience supervising and developing housekeeping teams.
• Good planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic communication skills are required;
  English communication skills would be an advantage.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah.

• 48 working hours per week.
