In-Room Dining Manager

• Supports the smooth running of the In-Room Dining operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and elegant delivery of orders to guest rooms.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and prompt response to guest requests.
• Delivers on plans and objectives where In-Room Dining initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
• Manages the In-Room Dining team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Responsible for departmental budgets, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, while maintaining productivity and service standards.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with kitchen, front office, housekeeping, and all key stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
• Delivers effective programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
• Ensures adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene legislation, with due diligence planned, executed, and documented for internal and external audits.

• Requirements:
  Proven experience in In-Room Dining / Food & Beverage operations
  , with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example work style.
