Supervises hourly personnel involved with maintenance, repair, programming and servicing of plant facilities and equipment;
Leads the preventative maintenance program on items including production equipment, boilers, chillers, air washers, air compressors, electrical panels, switch gears, fire alarm systems, and security systems;
Collects and records data such as machine downtime, PM checklists, equipment calibration, and parts usage;
Schedules and prioritizes planned work from weekly downtime to scheduled PM maintenance;
Attends job-related training and ensures safety procedures are followed
