Overview

Floor Care Technician at Marsden South

Shift: Sunday to Thursday and some weekends as needed.
Hours: 5:00 pm to 1:30 am.

Employment: Full-time, 40 hours a week.
Hourly Rate: $19.35

Location: Westlake, Texas

• You must be 18 years old
• You must have work authorization
• You must have at least 1 year of floor care experience in a janitorial setting
• A criminal background check is required

• Perform scheduled floor care, including area preparation, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, refinishing, waxing, shampooing, and deep carpet extraction.
• Polish tiles, vinyl, and wood floors.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning/finishing equipment including floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Ensure surfaces are safe by setting up “wet floor” signs, applying non-slip treatments, and adhering to OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
