The Guest Service Tech completes general maintenance requests submitted by guests and employees, performs work order tasks and preventative maintenance on spaces and equipment, and ensures a safe and efficient work environment.

• Complete maintenance requests for general maintenance issues such as toilet, sink, hot water, paint touch‑ups, light bulb replacement, etc.
• Interact with guests or employees to ensure maintenance requests are completed successfully.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain logs in an organized manner.
• Identify problems, initiate and complete work orders, and perform all necessary repairs related to their area of expertise.
• Perform duty rounds using daily checklists, reporting and correcting noted problems.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace, and manage inventory of tools in use.
• Work safely using PPE and following safety protocols.
• Use the maintenance request system correctly; training provided.
• Assist with maintenance requests for other trades as needed.

• One year experience in maintenance (hotels, home repair, hospitals, office repair, apartment complex repairs).
• Skills with hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
• Experience in minor wallpaper and vinyl repair, drywall, wood, metal patching, tile & grout repair, refinishing woodwork, basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred.
• Must communicate written and verbally in English.
• Texas driver’s license with good driving record preferred.

Pay: $20 per hour + $1 overnight differential for 3rd shift (Full time, 3rd shift).
