Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Provide necessary general maintenance and cleaning to facility. Maintain the organization of assigned warehouse space including receiving incoming deliveries, processing shipments, inventory control, etc.## ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (

** Provide general maintenance inside and outside of the facility including but not limited to cleaning
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all Facilities work areas, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, and storerooms
* Ensure assigned space is clean and organized and inventory tracked accurately and easily locatable
* Perform tasks assigned by supervisor
* Assist with setup in moving furniture, props, desks, tables, and chairs, etc., as needed for special events such as photo shoots, company meetings, Foundation events etc.
* Sweeps, mops, polishes, and cleans finished hard surfaces
* Vacuums and spot cleans carpets and rugs
* Reports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and/or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor.
* Initiates work orders fore repair/maintenance
* Other jobs as assigned## EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
* High School Graduate. Post high school technical education preferred
* 2+ years general facility cleaning## KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

** Ability to operate light industrial equipment for cleaning and maintenance purposes

* Strong organization and follow through skills
* Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness
* Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
