Schedule: Full Time (Flexible shifts) 40 hours per week.

Pay: Salary position $33,280

We are looking for a dependable and flexible Operations Support Technician to join our growing commercial cleaning team. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly across multiple client facilities.

The Operations Support Technician helps ensure every building receives consistent service by assisting with shift coverage, delivering supplies, preparing cleaning materials, and supporting the operations team with special projects.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.

• Provide coverage for cleaning shifts when staff are out or additional support is needed
• Perform janitorial tasks such as restroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, and floor care
• Ensure facilities are properly secured after service

• Deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to client facilities
• Restock janitor closets and maintain organized supply areas
• Assist managers with operational needs across multiple accounts

• Collect and wash microfiber cloths, mop heads, and cleaning materials
• Sort and redistribute cleaned materials to facilities
• Maintain supply levels for reusable cleaning materials

• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects
• Help stabilize service at accounts when needed
• Assist with new account setups when required

Typical shift windows include:

• Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM / 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Evening Shift – 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Schedules may vary depending on operational coverage needs.

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
