Part‑Time Operations Supervisor / Facility Inspector

Roanoke Area | Compensation: $17/hour | Part‑Time, 10–12 hours per week, 3–4 days per week.

360clean is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Part‑Time Supervisor to support our growing commercial cleaning team. This role ensures client facilities remain up to company standards through routine inspections, team support, supply management, and hands‑on detail work when needed.

• Conduct building inspections behind cleaning teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform detail touch‑ups and corrective cleaning when necessary
• Deliver cleaning supplies and restock facilities
• Fill in for cleaners during call‑outs or staffing shortages as needed
• Report deficiencies, concerns, or supply needs to management
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with clients and team members
• Help ensure facilities consistently meet company expectations

• Reliable transportation is required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Previous cleaning, supervisory, or janitorial experience preferred but not required
