Location:

Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average.

• Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated.
• Fully complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms or client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software tools and execute related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed, contributing to overall success.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment, completing training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

• Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday (including weekends and holidays); early morning and late‑night as needed.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, email, and mobile device usage.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail merchandising experience beneficial.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for uploads and communications.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Strong leadership and professional communication skills with the ability to make sound decisions and problem‑solve effectively.
• Completed all training assignments within designated timeframe.

• $18.00 per hour.
• Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
