Vending Support Specialist

We are seeking a Vending Support Specialist to support our customers’ manufacturing processes by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing tool and MRO industrial vending machines located in their facilities. The role requires a mix of onsite visits and remote support, with limited travel (approximately 20%) within the local area.

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool & MRO industrial vending machines.
• Answer and respond to multiple calls daily while creating and logging service tickets.
• Maintain an accurate inventory for each machine, updating remotely or onsite as required.
• Communicate with customer personnel in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Respond quickly to customer demand for replenishment and additional product lines in their VMI programs.
• Maintain quality service levels and process efficiencies while contributing to continuous departmental improvements.
• Coordinate with local Field Sales, Sales Managers, and VMI Managers regarding customer accounts and best practices.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive, sort, and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Assist with other projects and duties as business needs arise.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

• Age 21 or older in order to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.

• Ability to plan and organize tasks to achieve goals while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
• Self‑directed with a high level of productivity and personal organization despite frequent interruptions.
• Customer‑centric attitude and a desire to contribute to a customer‑focused company.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and deductive reasoning skills.
• Proficient use of a Windows computer, Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel), and Teams.
