Position Summary:
Lead and manage maintenance technicians and all skilled trades where applicable. Responsible for the development of technicians knowledge, skills and abilities. Oversee the work of contracted service providers to ensure specifications are adhered to. Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Education:
* Technical Associate Degree Minimum Position Qualifications &
Education Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 10 years proven experience in general maintenance or construction and satisfactory overall performance
* Ability to use manufacturer interface software
* Must hold and maintain a valid drivers license
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime when necessary
* Ability to travel independently (
