705 John Bowden Pkwy, Robinson, TX . Salary: $31.85/hr.

Position Summary

Walmart’s third company‑owned milk processing facility will produce high‑quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

Start pay: $31.85 per hour. Additional compensation up to $3.00 per hour may be earned based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

What You’ll Do

Write schematics, electrical inspection procedures and documentation, and ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.

Design and deploy electrical solutions across environments and applications; develop efficient cabinet systems.

Lead inspection activities for electrical systems, predict quality inspection trends, and recommend updates.

Oversee maintenance of all electrical equipment; provide consulting on electrical services in various environments.

Develop and implement controls to ensure quality of machine and component fabrication and design.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals; translate process flow diagrams and technical drawings; perform routine installation and maintenance tasks onsite according to specifications.

Coordinate and execute work assignments, provide advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality.

Promote compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • At least 2 years of experience repairing, maintaining, and diagnosing mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial setting.
  • Experience working with blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of coursework in General Print Reading, Introduction to Electronics, Introduction to Electricity, Centrifugal and Positive Displacement Pumps, Fundamentals of Digital Electronics.
  • Industrial Maintenance Certification.
  • OSHA 10 Certification.
  • Experience repairing/maintaining optical, pharmaceutical, mechanical, or electrical equipment in an industrial setting and working with blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
