Refrigerated Warehouse Detail Cleaner - Manufacturing

Position Summary:

Walmart is expanding with its third company‑owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state‑of‑the‑art facility will produce high‑quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

We value service, integrity, excellence, and respect. We are looking for a Custodian who can perform facility upkeep activities such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning spills, and maintaining an organized inventory of cleaning tools and supplies.

• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates.
• Sweep, mop, clean spills, and maintain cleanliness in warehouse areas.
• Stock, clean, organize, and record inventory of required cleaning tools and supplies, including janitorial closets and carts.
• Maintain records, logs, and forms related to cleaning activities.
• Mix chemicals used for equipment or cleaning procedures.
• Safely and correctly perform facility upkeep activities such as cleaning internal areas of the facility, operating sweepers and scrubbers, and ensuring equipment is in proper working order.
• Spot unsafe working conditions, poor products, and improper service procedures, report them to management with ideas for improvement.
• Ensure supplies are organized and stocked.
