Warehouse Sanitation

Position

Sanitation Associate – Full Time – Permanent – Rochelle, Illinois

• Hourly Pay: $19.50 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (weekly)

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
• May require equipment certification depending on location
• Ability to read location, date, and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build professional relationships at all levels
• Works independently and as part of a team
• Self‑driven, flexible in fast‑paced environment
• Manages multiple assignments, sets priorities, adapts to changes
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Clean restrooms, break room, locker room, and office areas per sanitation schedule
• Clean exterior building areas, windows, walkways, and empty trash containers per schedule
• Sweep and scrub warehouse floors and office areas per schedule
• Wipe down racks, guard rails, and walls per schedule
• Perform additional duties as assigned; overtime as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tour‑ready facility
• Assist maintenance technicians with light maintenance such as painting
