What you'll do
We are seeking a full‑time maintenance technician for multiple locations. Responsibilities include service calls, preventive maintenance. We are looking for candidates who are self‑motivated. Strong candidates should have general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, equipment repair. Some on‑call work may be required.
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other duties as assigned
