Continuum Services is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the Village of Rochester/Troy to oversee facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and repairs. Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will manage building and grounds, log unit maintenance, and coordinate inspections.
You will also be on-call for emergencies, perform routine janitorial duties, and assist new residents with orientation. A caring approach to older adults is essential;
