Rochester - Part Time Lead Office Cleaner

Compensation $18.50/hour

We are seeking a Lead Cleaner responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of common areas in a multi tenant office building. This includes detailed cleaning of approximately eight conference rooms, tables, furniture (using hand vacuums), elevators, and stainless steel surfaces. Duties also involve dusting, sweeping, dust mopping, mopping, and operating an auto scrubber. The role includes cleaning three entrance vestibules, ensuring that glass, floors, and rugs are thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, and mopped.

Upon completion of all assigned tasks, the Lead Cleaner is expected to report any cleaning deficiencies observed in suite and restroom areas to the management team.

• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety
