Job SummaryThis position ensures the cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance of our facilities. The Custodial and Light Maintenance Technician plays a key role in creating a welcoming and well‑maintained environment for staff, clients, and visitors by performing routine cleaning tasks and light maintenance duties.
ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. Licenses / CertificationsValid driver’s license preferred. Basic maintenance certifications a plus.
BenefitsThis is a full‑time position, Monday‑Friday between the hours of 4 pm‑12 am or 5 pm‑1 am. Hours can be flexible. Compensation is based upon education level, starting at $21 per hour. Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Long‑Term Disability, 403(b) Retirement Savings, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and personal holidays.
