• Clean residents' independent living apartments weekly.
• Provide daily cleaning for the Short Term Rehabilitation Center unit, Supportive Living Center, Assisted Living Centers, and Guest apartments.
• Conduct resident safety security checks of apartments on weekdays or weekends.
• Remove trash, soiled linen, and recyclables; process personal and Charter House linen; organize and deliver linen processed by an outside contractor.
• Use Universal Precautions and appropriate personal protective equipment; keep work area and equipment clean and safe.
• Use cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment safely to achieve appropriate cleaning levels; conduct custodial services including cleaning of public areas.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Required to work a weekend rotation schedule within the work unit.
• Experience with housekeeping and/or long‑term care preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work according to Charter House/department needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good manual dexterity.

Compensation range: $20.00 – $23.37 per hour based on union contract.

Full time;
Monday – Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm; 1 weekend a month; 1–2 holidays a year; 80 hours per pay period. Non‑exempt.
