House Cleaner / Housekeeper / Maid – Rochester, MN – Full‑time, no nights, weekends, or holidays. Control your income with a flexible schedule. Driver’s license required to drive the company car.

Compensation: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour, paid weekly. $200 signing bonus (ask for details). Paid training and paid time off. 401(k) company match. Opportunity to earn tips. Advancement opportunities – promotion from within.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and follow our proven process.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive the company vehicle safely.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is stocked with cleaning supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license.

• A stable and consistent working schedule.
• All cleaning supplies, training, and appointments.
