- Experience: Proven experience in mitigation technician work and restoration documentation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Tools: Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone for basic tech apps.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in confined spaces.
- Safety First: Ability to work around standard cleaning chemicals using proper PPE.
- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, leadership skills, and an accountability-driven mindset.
- Quality: All work must meet safety regulations and Paul Davis standards.
- Professionalism: Treat customers courteously. Maintain a professional demeanor (no profanity).
- Appearance: Always wear a clean, well-maintained company uniform while on duty.
