Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting residential communities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance operations, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $59,000-$65,000/year

** Shift: First 8:00 am - 4:30 pm M-F*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians while performing hands-on maintenance tasks

+ Manage the maintenance budget to ensure quality work without overspending

+ Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for supplies and services

+ Perform plumbing repairs, electrical work, carpentry, and other residential repairs

+ Oversee community curb appeal, including groundskeeping and trash removal

** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience leading a maintenance team or managing vendor relationships

+ At least 3 years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance or a technical field

+ Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, carpentry, painting, or related skills

+ Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality standards

+ Physical ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
