  Earn your IICRC Water Restoration (WRT) and Fire & Smoke (FSRT) credentials.

• Lead Production:
  Direct emergency water extraction, fire/smoke damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
• Field Execution:
  Perform hands-on technician work alongside your crew to deliver on-time, quality service.
• Project Documentation:
  Complete daily dry logs, notes, photos, and scope sheets using MICA.
• Team & Client Liaison:
  Communicate daily with Project Managers, property owners, and insurance adjusters.
• Asset Management:
  Maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure longevity and cleanliness.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience in mitigation technician work and restoration documentation.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tools:
  Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone for basic tech apps.
• Physical Fitness:
  Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in confined spaces.
• Safety First:
  Ability to work around standard cleaning chemicals using proper PPE.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong multitasking abilities, leadership skills, and an accountability-driven mindset.

• Quality:
  All work must meet safety regulations and Paul Davis standards.
• Professionalism:
  Treat customers courteously. Maintain a professional demeanor (no profanity).
• Appearance:
  Always wear a clean, well-maintained company uniform while on duty.

Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
