Mission+ is offering a four-year state-indentured apprenticeship program for aspiring mechanical insulators in Minnesota. Participants will gain extensive on-the-job training and real-world experience, rotating through assignments with leading contractors.
Apprentices will receive wage increases throughout their training, starting at 63% of union scale in the first year and reaching 90% by the fourth year. Candidates must complete 160 field hours and participate in an interview process.
