Full‑time (Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; no nights, weekends, or holidays)

Compensation: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour, paid weekly. Employees may earn tips and additional earnings when driving the company vehicle.

• Clean customers’ homes according to established standards, following the company process to ensure customer satisfaction and potential tips.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Manage the team’s schedule and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with the appropriate supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Physical ability to complete tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead, and other housekeeping duties.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license.
