Pay or shift range: $18.80 USD to $19.80 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

We are looking for a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Rochester, MN.

Here’s what you'll be doing:

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
• Answer after‑hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary.
• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
