Rochester Public Schools is seeking a Custodial Night Lead to supervise the custodial team during the evening shift. The position includes cleaning, safety compliance, and assisting the Facilities Manager with staff scheduling. This role requires 3–5 years of school custodial leadership, strong communication, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment.
A high school diploma or GED is required. We offer a full-time, year-round schedule, with the 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
