- Title: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: $25–$28/hr (Based on Experience)
- Extras: Quarterly bonuses + on‑call pay
- Respond to and complete maintenance work orders
- Turn/make-ready apartments between residents
- Interior and exterior painting/staining
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- General groundskeeping and upkeep
- Preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Share on-call duties with the team (rotating)
- 2+ year of general maintenance experience
- EPA Certification REQUIRED
- Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry
- Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!)
- Electrical know-how (switches, outlets, lighting)
- Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers)
- Quarterly maintenance bonus (up to $1,000!)
- $100 On-call bonus
- Health insurance for under $50/month (Blue Cross)

- Year 1: 80 hrs
- 2–4 Years: 120 hrs
- 5+ Years: 160 hrs

- up to $4,000 match or 3%, whichever is greater
- Boot + pant allowance ($100 each per year)

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
